At the Feast at Lele luau in Lahaina, the backdrop for the stage is the setting sun over the ocean with the island of Lanai in the background.

The yellow submarine Reefdancer is really a glass bottom boat with an underwater viewing cabin so you can view the coral and underwater creatures.

The buddha at the Lahaina Jodo Mission in north Lahaina near Mala Wharf.

The Banyan tree at the south end of Front Street in Lahaina was planted in 1873 to mark the 50th anniversary of the beginning of Protestant missionary work in Lahaina.

The free outdoor exhibit Hale Kahiko (ancient house) - a replica of a Hawaiian village at Lahaina Center. 
The Maui Sugar Cane Train ride takes you back in time to when sugar cane fields covered Maui. 
At Banyan Tree Park on Easter day, the Lahaina street preacher Phillip Prais takes over the remains of the old fort on the 30 minute Lahaina Historic Trail. June 2008 Update After decades of preaching to passersby from Banyan Tree Park, Phillip Prais passed away at age 66. We will miss seeing him each year.
